WEST FOOTSCRAY FOOTBALL CLUB
The West Footscray Football Club (WFFC) — known locally as the “Roosters” — is based at iconic Kevin Shorten Reserve on busy Essex Street, in the heart of West Footscray.
Established in 1932, the club was a founding team in the Footscray District Football League (now known as the WRFL) and is an integral part of the West Footscray community and surrounding suburbs.
Professionalism, history and community are at the core of the West Footscray Football Club, and we strive to be the benchmark for community clubs, both on and off the field.
We love our footy and are proud of our strong growth in player numbers; with over 130 junior Roosters registered and a great depth of talent and commitment across both our Senior Men and Women’s teams.
